Chronic Chest Conditions

Stable cardio-vascular system

Completed Spirometry

Referral Pathway

Via GP, Practice Nurse, Physiotherapist, Respiratory nurse specialist

Additional Information

2 sessions a week for 6 weeks

Sessions are for 2 hours and consist of one hour of exercise and one hour of education and advice.
