Chronic Pain

We participate in the Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Service. Referrals can be made for individual psycholgical therapy for patients who have complex chronic pain problems.

About our Service

Location

Outpatients are seen in clinics at St Lukes Hospital or Horton Park Centre
The Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Programme takes place at Horton Park Centre

Referral Criteria

Psychological problems related to pain including - Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment problems, PTSD, Communication and relationship difficulties, Pain affecting other complex health problems

Referral Pathway

Outpatients or Inpatients - Referral by GP or Hospital Consultant

Additional Information

We provide information leaflets when appropriate. Patients attending the rehabilitation programme are provided with leavlets abut the psychological consequences of chronic pain
